Dynalab, Inc. is a design and manufacturing organization serving the electronic industry with long-term partnerships.  Operations began in 1981 to provide engineering and manufacturing support for Fortune 500 and other qualified companies.  Dynalab electronic manufacturing services include through hole and surface mount printed circuit board assembly, wire harness and cable assembly, insert molding and electromechanical assembly.  The company also is a major supplier of proprietary continuity test equipment to the general electronic, automotive and telecommunications industries.

Dynalab produces products for customers who primarily compete in the industrial controls, precision instruments, and telecommunications industries.  Our customers have a strong need for, and receive: on-time delivery, quick response, flexibility, short cycle times, high quality, breadth of services, customized program and technical support, and an overall good value.  Dynalab is focused on continuing to expand its capabilities for existing and new customers.

Although PCB assembly and test is the strongest area of growth, the company offers complete "turn-key" services, including wire harness/cable construction and electromechanical assembly, also referred to in the industry as "box build".  Since the company is continuously presented with unique manufacturing opportunities, its capabilities have stayed diverse and vertically integrated.  Remaining flexible and in control of these unique requirements has led to the development of many hard to coordinate, integrated processes.  For PCB assembly, these include test development and design related to In-Circuit Test, Functional Test, Thermal Stress Screening, Conformal Coating, and Chip Programming.

Recently, continuous improvements efforts have yielded significant results allowing for the increased scheduling flexibility, shorter cycle times, and lower cost that will allow us to compete in the growing, worldwide Electronics Manufacturing Services arena.  Current EMS customers include numerous fortune 500 companies.

In addition to a strong and varied manufacturing capability, engineering support exists for total turn-key projects, Prototype and Preproduction assembly, Design for Manufacturability engineering services, and process engineering.
