Transparency in Coverage Machine Readable File Information
Effective July 1, 2022, Federal regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create and make publicly available machine readable files containing:
In compliance with the Federal requirements, the machine readable files for the Dynalab, Inc. group health plan are made available through partnership with Anthem, and will be available starting July 1, 2022 at the following public website: https://www.anthem.com/machine-readable-file/search
Note that the files follow the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services layout guidelines and are not meant for a consumer or individual user-friendly search of rates, benefits, or cost sharing. For user-friendly information, please refer to the member resources available through anthem.com for this information.
- negotiated rates for in-network providers; and
- allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers.
